Making a claim under warranty
You can book a service call by contacting the manufacturer directly.
Warranty contact details are packaged with the product.
Warranty is valid within Australia only.
You will need your invoice when making a claim under warranty.
Delivery Information
We deliver Australia wide using either Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or TNT Express.
Please note our couriers do not deliver to a PO Box address.

Unfortunately at this stage, we do not have any pick up locations outside of Sydney.

WHAT IS A BACK TO BACK INSTALLATION ?
This is the most common way to install a split system air conditioner
This is where the indoor unit is mounted inside the home on an external wall and the outdoor unit is installed directly behind it on the ground.
Installation price applies to a Standard Back to Back Installation only. (See illustration below)
This includes 3 meters of refrigerant pipe run ( refer to A in illustration, additional piping required after 3 meters will be charged extra costs)
POWER SOURCE
Units up to 3.5kw : Power can taken from an existing circuit
Units 4.0kw and above : A new dedicated circuit will need to be installed for the air conditioner only.
- Additional costs will be incurred for non standard installations, please contact us for a quote.
Pricing guide for non standard installations:
Piping over 3mtrs - $55 per meter plus GST
Disconnection of an existing air conditioner system - $50 meter plus GST
Free disposal of system if requested.
Roof fitting brackets - $259 meter plus GST
If double brick wall - $50.00 meter plus GST
If on a second storey - $50.00 meter plus GST (2-4.2kw split system)
If on a second storey - $150.00 meter plus GST (5-9.5kw split system)
All installations are carried out by our Qualified licensed technician/contractors and include 5 year workmanship warranty and 5 years manufacturer’s warranty.

HUMAN SENSOR CONTROL
The Human Sensor feature detects the movement of people in the room to deliver the optimum efficiency and temperature control. When occupants leave the room and do not turn off the air conditioner, the human sensor will switch the air conditioner into energy saving mode after 20 minutes if no movement is detected. When someone re-enters the room, the human sensor will detect movement and return the air conditioner to normal operation.
